Dr. Adrian C. Jessie, M.D.

Family Medicine Specialist

Education:

B.S., Biology – Morehouse College, Atlanta, Georgia, 1981
M.D., University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas, 1989

Dr. Jessie is a dedicated family physician from Cuney, Texas, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. He completed his Family Medicine residency in Columbus, Georgia, and a fellowship in Obstetrics in San Jose, California. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Jessie has worked extensively with underserved communities in South America and West Africa.

A father of three and grandfather of four, Dr. Jessie is committed to patient wellness through preventive care, evidence-based medicine, and mentorship for young people. He looks forward to serving you and your family with both medical expertise and compassionate support.

LaShonda Foreman, FNP-C, WCC

Family Nurse Practitioner

LaShonda Foreman is a Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Dallas, Texas, LaShonda attended Emerson Public School in Emerson, Arkansas, graduating at the top of her class in 1989. LaShonda served in the United States Army during the Gulf War Era, earning an Honorable Medical Discharge in 1996 after sustaining an injury.

LaShonda transitioned from military service to nursing, earning multiple degrees, including an MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Post-Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health.

With extensive experience in ER, ICU, family practice, and urgent care, she specializes in family medicine, wound care, opioid addiction, and hormone therapy.

A proud mother of three, LaShonda is dedicated to patient care and is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
